Open Office Hours with Emma

During OPEN OFFICE HOURS you are invited to stop by our Windsor Terrace Location for a chat with Emma.

Due to COVID-related schedule shifts, Emma is not currently offering OPEN OFFICE HOURS, but you can schedule a time to meet either over zoom OR at the the Windsor Terrace Location.

However, Emma is also usually available to chat before and after Practitioner Apprentice Circles on Wednesdays, but email first to make sure if it is important!

Connecting with Emma

You may already know that Emma is only available to answer emails and take calls a few times a week, due to a limited schedule of overseeing product production, assisting clients, and coming up with education resources. If you are interested in speaking or meeting with her, please send an email with your preferred times to chat over zoom.

Interested Practitioners and Spas

We would love to schedule a complimentary 45 minute Practitioner/Spa Consultation either in person at our Windsor Terrace Location or through Zoom. Please use the form at the bottom of this page to request one.

Orientation

In order to get the most our of the products and the manuals in your Starter Package, it is imperative that you actually know how to use them and understand why they are different. In the past, this has been done by getting hands-on at one of our Broken Locations and we still believe that that is the best way to get orientated. 
  • We schedule Orientation Days at least twice a year at our Windsor Terrace Location. Herborium Practitioners/Apprentices are welcome to attend at no cost (as long as there is enough room) and experienced Herborium Practitioners are invited to volunteer to serve as models and mentors. The next scheduled dates are ______________________________.
  • A Private Orientation is offered for the additional cost of $450 for a 3-hour time slot. We will work with your schedule to make this work. One-on-one training with Emma is also available to our Herborium Practitioners and Apprentices at this rate.
  • Now that our Practitioner Family has grown and is expanding outside of the NYC/Tristate Region we recognize that it is difficult for some practitioners to get to Brooklyn for this type of orientation. We have been working diligently to put together video presentations through Brooklyn Herborium's Member Vault to get you orientated to the basics with the intention that your studies will culminate in a one hour Zoom Call with one of our Senior Practitioner Mentors. All Herborium Practitioners will have unlimited access to these resources.

Holistic Practitioner Seasonal Connection

In our effort to increase connection with our practitioners, we schedule one on one conversations with Emma or one of our Practitioner Mentors (Crones) about your practice, how you are doing, and what Brooklyn Herborium can do to continue to support you. 
  • This is not mandatory, but can be extraordinarily helpful.
  • This is a half-hour phone call, scheduled 4 times a year - Locals can meet in person.

​Apprentice Circles for Holistic Practitioners - SEE CALENDAR

We currently hold Practitioner Apprentice circles on Wednesdays at our Windsor Terrace Location in Brooklyn.
  • Herborium Practitioners who are using our product in a private practice can attend for $35
  • Herborium Practitioner Apprentices who have paid the appropriate Apprentice Fee for their level (Junior or Senior AKA "Maidens" and "Mothers") can attend as many as they would like to within the year.
  • Holistic Practitioner Mentors ("Crones") are invited to sit in at any time.

Apprentice circles are usually pretty full and really fun. We purposely try to have a balanced amount of Senior Apprentices (1+ years) as well as New Practitioners at the circles and it is completely O.K. to attend the same circle over and over again when it comes up--your understanding will simply get deeper and deeper.

COVID TIMES ONLY: Monthly Lesson/Zoom Call

Once a Month, all Practitioners/Apprentices/Mentors are invited to meet on Zoom for a short monthly lesson and a question and answer session. We will do two 30 min sessions with a 30 minute break in-between. 
  • All levels of Herborium Practitioners are welcome.
  • Questions can be about anything and do not need to pertain to the Monthly Topic.
  • If you cannot make the zoom call and have questions or just want to email a question beforehand, please do so. I also have already asked Q&A that I can read to you if there are no current questions.
  • These Monthly Lessons are recorded and will be available on our Educational HUB soon after the call.
